Marketing Coordinator 

As a Marketing Coordinator at Popcorn GTM, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our restaurant technology clients achieve the elusive "GTM Trifecta" - harmonizing their sales, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts to drive predictable SaaS growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Content Creation: Develop compelling content assets (blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts, emails, etc.) that resonate with the restaurant technology audience and support our clients' go-to-market strategies.

  2. Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.) to generate leads, nurture prospects, and amplify our clients' brand presence.

  3. Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and data analysis, ensuring efficient and scalable marketing operations.

  4. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to help optimize our clients' go-to-market strategies and ensure effective resource allocation.

  5. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, partnerships, client teams) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, adhering to timelines and budgets.

In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our restaurant technology clients by crafting compelling narratives, executing data-driven campaigns, and supporting their efforts to break through the crowded marketplace and achieve "center stage" recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in english/journalism/marketing/brand management
  • HubSpot knowledge (certification a big plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
  • Based in the USA, preferably in Eastern Time Zone
  • Understand that trust is earned

Junior Designer

Do you crave creating impactful visuals that pop? Are you a design whiz with a knack for understanding marketing goals, especially in the restaurant technology space? Then join Popcorn GTM as our Junior Designer!

About the role:

As our Junior Designer, you'll play a vital role in bringing our marketing ideas to life, with a particular focus on the restaurant technology space. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to create a wide range of visual assets that resonate with restaurant tech audiences and support our clients' marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, presentations, social media posts, email marketing materials, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines, specifically tailored to the restaurant tech industry.
  • Develop and maintain design templates that ensure consistency across marketing materials for restaurant technology clients.
  • Leverage your knowledge of design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for landing pages and other marketing collateral promoting restaurant technology solutions.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing reports and presentations specific to the restaurant tech industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices relevant to the restaurant technology space.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that resonate with the restaurant tech audience.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional design experience (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong skills).
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, hierarchy, typography, color theory).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with HubSpot Design Tools (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Video editing skills.
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics.
